There is also some limited public transportation. The Metro Red Line from the Mall of America stops in northwestern Eagan at the Premier Outlet Mall. And the Minnesota Valley Transit Authority operates some buses.

The Premier Outlet Mall offers more than 70 factory outlet stores. The largest concentration of shopping malls can be found at the I-35E and Yankee Doodle Drive intersection.
