Places in Mid Cape
Understand
The village of Hyannis in Barnstable is the commercial center of Cape Cod and is home to the most transportation options, the largest hospital, and the largest mall. Many see the villages of Barnstable as separate towns, with Hyannis as the largest "city" on the Cape.
